目的探讨肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)在老年2型糖尿病伴骨量改变患者中的临床价值。方法对156例60岁以上2型糖尿病患者应用科林VP-1000全自动动脉硬化检测仪,进行baPWV测量,同时行双能X线进行骨密度测定分为骨量正常及骨量减低组。结果老年2型糖尿病患者骨量减低组动脉硬化的发生率明显高于骨量正常组(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病患者动脉硬化可能与骨量减低有关。baPWV是老年2型糖尿病患者骨密度的影响因素之一。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with bone mass changes. Methods 156 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus over the age of 60 were applied Colin VP-1000 automatic arteriosclerosis detector, baPWV measurement, while dual-energy X-ray bone mineral density was divided into normal group and osteopenia group. Results The incidence of atherosclerosis in osteopenia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that in patients with normal bone mass (P <0.05). Conclusion Atherosclerosis may be related to bone mass loss in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. BaPWV is one of the influencing factors of bone mineral density in elderly type 2 diabetic patients.
