目的观察糖尿病足患者,给予传统药物治疗和经高压氧治疗的不同疗效,探讨高压氧对糖尿病足患者治疗价值。方法将30例糖尿病足患者,根据患者志愿14例分为高压氧组(HBO),在传统药物治疗的基础上加高压氧治疗1h/d,共2周。另16例分为对照组给予传统药物治疗,观察2组患者治疗前及治疗2个月后患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、下肢血流峰值的变化,并且判断2组治疗2个月后的疗效。结果2组患者治疗前,C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、下肢血流速度差异均无显著性(P>0.05);治疗2个月后,HBO组患者C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、均低于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.01),下肢动脉血流速度高于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.01)。治疗2个月后,对照组总有效率为68.75%(11/16);高压氧组总有效率为85.71%(12/14),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高压氧组对糖尿病足的治疗效果明显优于传统药物治疗,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the different therapeutic effects of traditional medicine and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with diabetic foot and to discuss the therapeutic value of hyperbaric oxygen on patients with diabetic foot. Methods Thirty patients with diabetic foot were divided into hyperbaric oxygen group (HBO) according to the volunteer patients. After hyperbaric oxygen therapy for 1 h / d for 2 weeks on the basis of traditional drug therapy. The other 16 patients were divided into control group and traditional medicine. The changes of C-reactive protein (CRP), fibrinogen (FIB) and lower extremity blood flow peak before and after treatment in 2 groups were observed, Therapeutic effect after 2 months. Results There was no significant difference in blood flow velocity of C-reactive protein, fibrinogen and lower extremity between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After 2 months of treatment, C-reactive protein and fibrinogen in HBO group were lower than Before treatment and after treatment in the control group (P <0.01), the arterial blood flow velocity in the lower extremities was higher than that before treatment and after the control group (P <0.01). After 2 months of treatment, the total effective rate in the control group was 68.75% (11/16); the total effective rate in the hyperbaric oxygen group was 85.71% (12/14), with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen group is superior to traditional medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot, which is a safe and effective treatment.
