目的 :研究准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis ,LASIK)后的角膜改变和功能视力。方法 :对LASIK术后单眼或双眼具有眩光主诉的 10 1人 (2 0 2只眼 )进行失能眩光的检测和角膜地形图的分析。结果 :LASIK术后 ,失能眩光见于不同类型的角膜地形图表现的患者 ;最佳矫正视力与角膜地形图的类型无关。在均匀型角膜地形图的患者中 ,其失能眩光的出现与角膜切削中心的偏心程度及瞳孔的大小和切削区的匹配性等有一定的关系。结论 :LASIK术后 ,角膜表面的不规则、角膜中央扁平形切削、偏心切削及瞳孔的大小与切削区的匹配性等是引起功能视力改变的主要原因。
Objective: To study corneal changes and functional vision after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods: A total of 101 patients (202 eyes) with glare complaints in one or both eyes of LASIK underwent glaucoma disability screening and corneal topography analysis. Results: After LASIK, disability glare was found in different types of corneal topography patients; the best corrected visual acuity was not related to the type of corneal topography. In patients with homogeneous corneal topography, the presence of glare of disability has a certain relationship with the eccentricity of the corneal cutting center, the size of the pupil and the matching of the cutting area. Conclusion: After LASIK, irregular corneal surface, flat central corneal cutting, eccentric cutting and the matching of pupil size and cutting area are the main causes of functional visual changes.
