学术界有一种观点认为,在全球化的时代,“以西释中”是中国美学的必然选择,是无法取代的最好的研究方法。这一观点是以西方美学为标准和学术范式,它忽视了美学研究中的文化认同与文化选择的重要性;它所坚持的跨文化的中西比较美学研究的立场也是以西方文化为强势一方,强调这种文化影响下的文化与美学的趋同性,忽视了中国传统文化和美学的研究视域对于中国现代美学发展进程的意义。这种观点还认为中国传统美学理论与范畴不能解释当下的美学现象与实践,所以成为过时的东西。而在我们看来,中国传统美学的研究,不仅有助于解释当下的美学现象与实践,而且也有助于寻求几千年来人们审美与艺术经验的共识。中国传统美学重视艺术实践,重视审美对于人的精神境界的提升,这些对于中国美学的发展有着重要的精神引领和推动作用。
In the academic world, there is a view that in the era of globalization, “interpretation from the west ” is an inevitable choice for Chinese aesthetics and an irreplaceable best research method. This view is based on the Western aesthetics as the standard and academic paradigm, which neglects the importance of cultural identity and cultural choice in aesthetic studies. The position of its comparative cross-cultural comparative aesthetics is also based on the fact that Western culture is a strong party, Emphasizing the convergence of culture and aesthetics under the influence of this culture, it neglects the significance of the research horizon of Chinese traditional culture and aesthetics to the development of modern Chinese aesthetics. This point of view also holds that the traditional Chinese aesthetic theory and category can not explain the present aesthetic phenomena and practices and become outdated. In our opinion, the study of Chinese traditional aesthetics not only helps to explain contemporary aesthetic phenomena and practices, but also helps to seek the consensus of people’s aesthetic and artistic experience for thousands of years. Chinese traditional aesthetics pays attention to the practice of art and attaches great importance to the improvement of the spiritual realm of the human being due to the aesthetic. These plays an important role in guiding and promoting the development of Chinese aesthetics.
