为了研究辊缝收缩对减轻板坯中心偏析的作用,采用数值模拟方法计算了板坯的温度场和凝固收缩,分析了坯壳厚度和凝固收缩量在冶金长度内的分布,建立了3种辊缝收缩实验方案并比较了其效果。结果表明,在凝固末端以前2~3个扇形段进行辊缝收缩有效减轻了板坯中心偏析,辊缝收缩量应略大于铸坯自由凝固收缩量。
In order to study the effect of roll gap shrinkage on reducing slab center segregation, the temperature field and solidification shrinkage of slab were calculated by numerical simulation. The distribution of slab shell thickness and solidification shrinkage in metallurgical length was analyzed. Three kinds of rolls Shrink the experimental scheme and compare its effect. The results show that the roll gap shrinkage of 2 ~ 3 segments before the end of solidification effectively reduces slab center segregation, and the shrinkage of roll gap should be slightly larger than the free shrinkage of slab.
