小桐子生物柴油作为优质的柴油代用品,具有明显的经济效益与较好的社会效益,将对保障石油安全、保护生态环境以及促进农业和制造业发展等方面产生相当重要的影响。本文用小桐子油为原料制备的生物柴油进行了发动机台架试验及整车性能试验,为云南省大规模推广使用生物柴油提供科学的试验依据。本文简要介绍了国内外生物柴油研究的状况和小桐子生物柴油的理化特性,分别以0#柴油和小桐子油为来源制成的B20生物柴油作为燃料,以昆明云内动力股份有限公司生产的D19TCI高压共轨电控增压柴油机为研究机型进行了发动机台架试验并以搭载D19TCI高压共轨电控增压柴油机的东风轻卡为研究车型进行了道路性能试验。通过试验研究对发动机和整车燃用B20生物柴油的动力性、经济性和排放性能进行分析评价。
As a high-quality substitute for diesel, Jatropha biodiesel has obvious economic benefits and good social benefits. It will have a quite significant impact on ensuring oil security, protecting the ecological environment, and promoting agricultural and manufacturing development. In this paper, Jatropha oil as raw material prepared biodiesel engine bench test and vehicle performance test, for the promotion of large-scale use of biodiesel in Yunnan Province to provide a scientific basis for testing. This paper briefly introduces the research status of biodiesel at home and abroad and the physical and chemical characteristics of Jatropha biodiesel. B20 biodiesel made from 0 # diesel oil and Jatropha curcas oil is used as fuel, and Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. D19TCI high-pressure common rail electrically controlled turbocharged diesel engine was used to study the engine bench test and the road performance test was carried out with Dongfeng light truck equipped with D19TCI high-pressure common rail electronically controlled turbocharged diesel engine. Through the experimental study, the dynamic, economical and emission performance of B20 biodiesel fuel for engine and vehicle were analyzed and evaluated.
