教育系统是一种人际交往系统。这种交往,主要是在作为社会楷模的教师与正在成长着的学生之间进行的。 在教育系统中,人际交往的内容在于传递经验。作为传递对象的经验可以分为三种:知识(陈述性知识和程序性知识)、技能(心智技能和操作技能)和行为规范。教育系统正是通过知识、技能的传递使受教育者形成和发展能力,通过行为规范的传递使受教育者形成和发展品德,以为社会造就人才。
The education system is a kind of interpersonal communication system. This kind of interaction is mainly carried out between teachers who are social models and students who are growing up. In the education system, the content of interpersonal communication lies in the transmission of experience. The experience of passing on objects can be divided into three categories: knowledge (declarative and procedural), skills (mental and operational skills), and behavioral norms. It is through the transfer of knowledge and skills that the educational system enables the educated to form and develop their abilities. Through the transfer of norms, the educatees form and develop morality, thus creating talents for the society.
