前言锅炉(尤其是液态排渣锅炉)水冷壁管外壁的高温腐蚀是降低锅炉安全经济运行的重要因素之一。造成腐蚀的原因比较复杂,国内外虽然已做过大量的工作,但腐蚀至今仍难于避免。73年我所和宝鸡电厂在该厂2号炉水冷壁上安装渗铝钢管进行防腐试验以来,至79年3月,先后在该炉上安装过渗铝钢管200余根,部分管累计运行已达33502小时。历年来对所有渗铝钢管进行了外壁检查,均未发现有腐蚀特征。而未渗铝钢管在运行1~2万小时之后,则因外壁腐蚀而需不断更新,实践证明,应用渗铝钢管是防止锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的经济而有
