目的:RP-HPLC法测定解肌清肺丸中葛根的含量。方法:采用辛基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相:甲醇—水(25:75),检测波长为278nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果:线性范围0.103~0.07mg,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.4%(n=5)结论:方法简便,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of Pueraria lobata in Jieji qingfei pill by RP-HPLC. Methods: The octyl silane bonded silica column was used. The mobile phase was methanol - water (25:75). The detection wavelength was 278 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. Results: The linear range was 0.103 ~ 0.07mg, the average recovery rate was 99.8%, RSD = 0.4% (n = 5) Conclusion: The method is simple and the results are accurate.
