本文通过对金属及合金加热时防止氧化、脱碳的理论及氧探头工作原理的论述,推导出各种氧化物标准自由能与氧探头电势之间的关系,并通过氧化物标准自由能、温度、电势之间关系图,可以轻而易举的确定金属及合金在保护气氛中加热时为防止氧化、脱碳,氧探头氧势自动控制仪予先给定的电势值。本文还阐述了氧探头氧势自动控制仪的工作原理、结构特点及其在光亮热处理,渗碳处理等方面的应用。
