用TEM、金相和X射线衍射研究了Ti_3Al-Nb-Mo-V-Er合金热等静压材料中的显微组织和微相结构。在两相区热等静压,材料主要由较粗大的等轴状的α_2晶粒组成,在α_2相的三叉晶界处有少量β相存在,随着热等静压温度升高,β相区明显增加,不仅在α_2晶界上有β相存在,在一些区域还可观察到等轴状的β相域团。热等静压后的冷却过程中,β相分解生成α+β混合组织;α_2相将有相分离反应出现α_2→α_2+O(斜方相)转变,α_2+O相混合体呈细小的片状排列,分布在α_2晶粒四周的约0.3μm厚的层内。
The microstructure and micro-phase structure of Ti_3Al-Nb-Mo-V-Er alloy in hot isostatic pressing were investigated by TEM, metallography and X-ray diffraction. In the two-phase zone, the material is mainly composed of coarser equiaxed α 2 grains and a small amount of β phase exists at the trigeminal boundary of α 2 phase. With the increase of the temperature of the hot isostatic pressing, Region is obviously increased, there is not only β phase in the α_2 grain boundary, but also isometric β phase region in some regions. During the cooling process after hot isostatic pressing, β phase decomposes to form α + β mixed microstructure; α_2 → α_2 + O (orthorhombic phase) phase transition occurs in α_2 phase, Arranged in an approximately 0.3 μm thick layer around the α 2 grains.
