母亲复明工程项目自2005年10月31日在我省开始启动,我省借助中国妇女发展基金会捐赠的“复明12号”流动眼科手术车,组织专业的医疗队伍,对贫困白内障患者进行筛查和免费手术。母亲复明工程项目属政府购买服务项目,是针对农村妇女、特别是贫困妇女的健康等帮扶项目。至今共为1.4万名贫困患者提供了白内障摘除及人工晶体植入手术,让他们重现了光明。免费手术的同时,我省坚持集中培训与传帮带相结合的形式,帮助基层
