我院成立医疗集团后,目前由原7所医院组成,其中区内5所,区外有烟台地区和日照地区两所医院。随着医院分院的增多及跨地区兄弟医院的加盟,集团医院利用药品用量大和管理经验丰富的优势,实行集中采购集中配送低成本运行,可最大限度地降低药品供价,让利于患者,同时也可提高医院经济效益。现代物流已被广泛认为是企业在降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率之外创造利润的第三重要源泉。我院在药品集中采购集中配送中运用现代物流理念,结合使用的医院管理信息系统(HIS),实行专业化,规模化,信息化,对降低集团内药品流转成本,提高服务水平,作了有益的探索。
