为了进一步示范富龙生物菌剂在玉米、水稻生产上的应用效果,１９９８年山海关区农技站进行了玉米应用生物菌剂与旱地龙的肥效对比示范。其中旱地龙采用拌种方式。方法是先将旱地龙２０ｇ（克）溶于２（公斤）水中拌种１５、富龙生物菌剂采用６６７（亩）５００ｇ随化肥一起底施
