肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。巨噬细胞是具有高度异质性和可塑性的免疫细胞,属于单核巨噬细胞系统。浸润于肿瘤组织的巨噬细胞称为肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs),是肿瘤微环境中重要的免疫细胞类型,可通过抑制肿瘤免疫、促进血管生成等作用参与调节肺癌的生长、侵袭及远处转移。肺癌组织中TAMs的浸润水平、极化状态与患者预后密切相关,可能是肺癌免疫治疗的潜在靶点。本文就TAMs的特性和在肺癌发生、发展中的作用,以及未来在免疫治疗中的价值进行综述。“,”Lung cancer is one of the common malignant tumors.Macrophages, belonging to the mononuclear phagocyte system, are a group of immune cells with high heterogeneity and plasticity.Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs), which are infiltrated in tumor tissues, play important roles in the tumor microenvironment and involve in tumor growth, invasion and distant metastasis by immune escape and promoting angiogenesis.The infiltration degree and polarization of TAMs in lung cancer tissues are closely related to the prognosis of patients.TAMs have been considered as potential targets for immunotherapy of lung cancer.This article reviews the biological characteristics of TAMs and its effects on the development of lung cancer, as well as the value in the immunotherapy of lung cancer.
