目的了解基层医疗机构医护人员手卫生现状,为提高手卫生依从性,控制医院感染提供依据。方法按现场采样方法对市辖区基层医疗机构医护人员手进行采样监测。结果2005~2008年共采样615份,平均总合格率72.6%,2005~2008年合格率依次为62.4%、70.4%、76.1%、79.1%;社区卫生服务站、个体诊所、村卫生室合格率依次为86.6%、70.9%、54.5%。结论基层医疗机构医护人员手卫生合格率偏低,应引起重视,加强管理。
Objective To understand the status quo of hand hygiene of medical staff in primary medical institutions and to provide basis for improving hand hygiene compliance and controlling hospital infection. Methods According to the on-the-spot sampling method, the samples of medical staff in the grass-roots medical institutions in municipal districts were sampled and monitored. Results A total of 615 samples were collected from 2005 to 2008, with an average total passing rate of 72.6%. The passing rates from 2005 to 2008 were 62.4%, 70.4%, 76.1% and 79.1% respectively. The pass rate of community health service stations, individual clinics and village clinics Followed by 86.6%, 70.9%, 54.5%. Conclusion The qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff in primary medical institutions is low, which should be paid more attention to and strengthened management.
