空军天津电子医疗仪器研制中心生产的zWF-4型微粒分析仪是广大用户普遍采用,深受军内广大用户的喜爱。但能否正确使用和保养该仪器,直接影响到注射液产品的质量,关系到广大人民群众的用药安全。我们通过四例故障分析,帮助用户更好使用该仪器。此四例故障均为仪器使用时间不超过半年,其中一台提货后放置数月,开机使用就不正常工作。故障一:无计数、计时,负压泵不能自动停机。
The zWF-4 Particle Analyzer manufactured by the Air Force Tianjin Electronic Medical Instrument Development Center is widely used by the majority of users and favored by the majority of users in the military. However, the correct use and maintenance of the instrument has a direct impact on the quality of the injection product and the drug safety of the general public. We have four cases of failure analysis to help users better use of the instrument. The four cases of failure are the instrument does not exceed six months time, one of several months after delivery, the boot does not work properly. Failure one: no count, time, negative pressure pump can not automatically shut down.
