水资源短缺问题已成为三亚市经济快速稳定发展的制约因素之一,作为国际旅游城市和节水型社会试点城市,三亚市开展节水尤其是城镇生活节水十分必要。在分析三亚市城镇生活用水现状及用水定额的基础上,对三亚市节水潜力进行了分析,提出了节水目标,并从节水量和经济效益方面评价了节水效益,最后提出三亚市城镇生活节水措施,以实现三亚市水资源的合理分配与可持续利用。
The problem of water shortage has become one of the restrictive factors for the rapid and steady economic development in Sanya. As a pilot city for international tourist cities and water-saving society, it is necessary to carry out water saving in Sanya City, especially in urban areas. Based on the analysis of the current status of urban domestic water use and water quota in Sanya City, the water saving potential of Sanya City was analyzed, the water saving target was put forward, and the water saving benefit was evaluated from the aspects of water saving and economic benefits. Finally, Water saving measures to achieve the rational distribution of water resources in Sanya City and sustainable use.
