[目的]探讨不同烤烟品种生长特性差异,为贵州烤烟生产选用后备品种及品种布局提供理论依据。[方法]以‘南江3号’品种为对照,于2015年在贵州省开阳县楠木渡镇开展试验,对不同烤烟品种生长特性差异进行分析。[结果]贵烟8号和贵烟13号2个品种进入各生育期的时间较早,其次是贵烟5号和PVH1452,南江3号最晚;贵烟5号和南江3号2个品种株高、茎围及最大叶面积较大,最大叶长/叶宽较小,贵烟13号株高、茎围及最大叶面积较小,贵烟8号最大叶长/叶宽较大,PVH1452各主要农艺性状指标表现居中;南江3号中、上部叶SPAD值最大,其次是贵烟5号和PVH1452;贵烟8号和贵烟13号田间自然发病率较高,产质量性状表现较差。[结论]贵烟5号和PVH1452主要农艺性状、中上部叶SPAD值及产质量性状均优于贵烟8号和贵烟13号,田间自然发病率低于贵烟8号和贵烟13号,可以考虑作为未来贵州烤烟生产中的后备品种。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the difference of growth characteristics of different flue-cured tobacco varieties and provide theoretical basis for the selection of reserve varieties and varieties of flue-cured tobacco in Guizhou. [Method] Taking ’Nanjiang No.3’ as a control, the experiment was carried out in 2015 in Nanmudu, Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province to analyze the differences in growth characteristics of different flue-cured tobacco varieties. [Result] The two cultivars of Guiyan 8 and Guiyan 13 entered earlier in each growth period, followed by Guiyan 5 and PVH1452, Nanjiang 3 at the latest, Guiyan 5 and Nanjiang 3 Plant height, stem circumference and the largest leaf area larger, the largest leaf length / leaf width smaller, Guiyan No. 13 plant height, stem circumference and the largest leaf area smaller, Guiyan 8 largest leaf length / leaf width larger, The main agronomic traits index of PVH1452 was the middle; the SPAD value of middle and upper leaves of Nanjiang No.3 was the highest, followed by Guiyan 5 and PVH1452; the natural incidence of Guiyan 8 and Guiyan 13 was higher, difference. [Conclusion] The main agronomic traits of Guiyan 5 and PVH1452 were higher than that of Guiyan 8 and Guiyan 13 in SPAD value and yield and quality traits of middle and upper leaves, and the natural incidence in field was lower than Guiyan 8 and Guiyan 13 , Can be considered as a backup species in Guizhou flue-cured tobacco production in the future.
