随着社会经济的发展和经济全球化进程的推进,我国改革步入一个新的阶段,在经济方面我国已经取得了很大的进步,但是我国国有企业的党建工作还存在着不足。在如今复杂的市场经济的影响下,各企业都处于激烈的市场竞争之中,国有企业作为国民经济的支柱,想要在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,不仅需要做好经济发展策略的安排,还要注重国有企业的党纪党风建设,为其他企业做好党建工作的榜样,只有这样才能不断提高企业的生产力,为企业创造一个良性发展的前景。

However, the party building in our state-owned enterprises still lacks in party building. Under the influence of the complicated market economy, all enterprises are in the fierce market competition. As the pillar of the national economy, state-owned enterprises want to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition. They not only need to make arrangements for the economic development strategy . We must also pay attention to the party-style work style construction of state-owned enterprises and the role model for other enterprises in party building. Only in this way can we continuously improve the productivity of enterprises and create a promising prospect for enterprises.
