据中国橡胶信息网消息,越南将对本土橡胶出口征税,可能将影响中国天然橡胶价格。越南财政部日前发出通知称,从2011年12月8日起,出口各类天然橡胶产品、橡胶树胶和其他类似天然树胶,已经或未经硫化处理的天然胶乳,未经硫化处理的初级形状或板、片、带状合成橡胶,需要缴纳3%的出口税;合成橡胶出口需缴纳5%的出口税。
According to China Rubber Information Network, Vietnam will impose a tax on local rubber exports, which may affect the price of natural rubber in China. Vietnam Ministry of Finance recently issued a circular that from December 8, 2011 onwards, the export of various types of natural rubber products, rubber gum and other similar natural gums, with or without curing of the natural rubber latex, non-vulcanized primary shape or Plate, sheet, ribbon synthetic rubber, need to pay 3% of the export tax; synthetic rubber exports need to pay 5% export tax.
