研究了猪苓多糖(PUPS)与IL-2协同诱导人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)成为具有较高杀伤肿瘤活性的细胞,其培养体系总杀伤单位明显高于LAK细胞,其诱导细胞的杀伤活性可能与其分泌IFN和TNF有关,此研究为PUPS与IL-2协同诱导细胞的进一步研究和临床应用打下了理论基础。
