采用我国西部某省20个县73所县级普通高中的调查数据,对我国县级普通高中的校长进行了研究。研究表明,示范高中与非示范高中的校长任命方式基本相同;示范高中的校长更多曾在政府部门工作过,上级对示范高中的校长多倾向于采用行政管理方式进行管理,对非示范高中校长则倾向于采用专业管理方式进行管理;示范高中教师多是学校自主聘任,而非示范高中则多是被动接受。
Based on the survey data of 73 county-level general high schools in 20 counties of a province in western China, the principals of county-level general high schools in our country were studied. The research shows that the mode of appointment of principals in demonstrative high schools and non-demonstration high schools is basically the same; the principals of demonstration high schools have worked more in government departments, the principals in demonstration high schools tend to adopt administrative methods to manage more, and non-exemplary high school principals They tend to use professional management methods for management; demonstration of high school teachers are mostly self-employed by schools, while non-demonstration high schools are mostly passive acceptance.
