采用单面对接焊,进行了建筑用304L不锈钢与5083铝合金的异质搅拌摩擦焊试验,并进行了宏观形貌、X光无损探伤、显微组织和力学性能的测试与分析。结果表明,异质搅拌摩擦焊接头的室温抗拉强度达248 MPa,分别是5083铝合金和304L不锈钢母材室温抗拉强度的92%、47%;接头的室温伸长率达11%,分别是5083铝合金和304L不锈钢母材室温伸长率的92%、26%。
The single-side butt welding was used to carry out heterogeneous friction stir welding tests on 304L stainless steel and 5083 aluminum alloy for construction. The macro-morphology, X-ray nondestructive testing, microstructure and mechanical properties were tested and analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength at room temperature of the heterogeneous friction stir welded joint reaches 248 MPa, which is respectively 92% and 47% of the room temperature tensile strength of 5083 aluminum alloy and 304L stainless steel base metal, and the room temperature elongation of the joint reaches 11% Is 50% aluminum and 304L stainless steel base material 92% elongation at room temperature, 26%.
