“大众创业,万众创新”已经上升到国家战略层面,而高管团队成员在创业的过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。因此,本文对四个高绩效创业团队进行分析,总结了高绩效创业团队的七个特点,分别是强烈的创业欲望、良好的团队氛围、创业带头人坚定的信仰、高效的内部沟通、团队成员之间的熟悉程度高、团队成员各有专长和魅力型领导。
