目的:探讨复发性流产采取小剂量阿司匹林联合肝素及地屈孕酮片治疗效果。方法:选择本院收治的80例复发性流产患者,随机将患者分为传统组(n=40,人绒毛膜促性腺激素、黄体酮治疗)和联合组(n=40,小剂量阿司匹林联合肝素及地屈孕酮片治疗),统计对比两组治疗效果。结论 :复发性流产采取小剂量阿司匹林联合肝素及地屈孕酮片治疗效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of low-dose aspirin combined with heparin and dydrogesterone on recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods: Eighty patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected and randomly divided into two groups: conventional group (n = 40, human chorionic gonadotrophin and progesterone treatment) and combination group (n = 40, low dose aspirin combined with heparin And to bend progesterone tablets treatment), statistical comparison of two groups of treatment.
