患者,35岁。因反复间歇性血尿伴尿痛(每逢月经时发作),在我院作膀胱镜检查,发现膀胱左后壁有一4×3 cm乳泡状突起,B超显示膀胱与子宫之间有一肿物(图略),以膀胱肿瘤收入院。患者一年前曾行左卵巢巧克力囊肿切除术。体检:P84次/分,R20次/分,Bp18.7/10kPa。血、肝、肾功能和尿常规均正常。双合诊膀胱内有肿块,IVP见双肾双输尿管无异常。行手术探查见膀胱左后壁有一约4×3×2.5cm广基肿块、膀胱壁有一绿豆大小突起物与子宫粘连。在距肿块边缘2 cm处行膀胱部分切
Patient, 35 years old. Due to repeated intermittent hematuria with dysuria (episodes of menstruation every time), in our hospital for cystoscopy and found that the left posterior wall of the bladder has a 4 × 3 cm vesicular processes, B ultrasound showed a tumor between the bladder and the uterus (Figure omitted), to the hospital for bladder cancer. The patient had a left ovarian cyst excision a year ago. Physical examination: P84 times / min, R20 times / min, Bp18.7 / 10kPa. Blood, liver, kidney function and urine were normal. Double joint diagnosis of bladder tumor, IVP see double renal ureter without exception. Surgical exploration see the left posterior wall of the bladder has a 4 × 3 × 2.5cm wide mass lumps, the bladder wall has a green bean size protrusions and uterine adhesions. The bladder part is cut at a distance of 2 cm from the edge of the mass
