电火花线切割精加工要求工件的尺寸偏差小于±5μm、表面粗糙度Rα值小于1.25μm,然而,我国快速走丝乳化液介质的线割机床还难于达到这一指标。电火花线切割精度与表面粗糙度受脉冲电源影响很大。本文仅谈几点粗浅的看法。一、设定合理的波形与参数多年来,人们在脉冲电源波形与参数方面做了许多工作,但对快速走丝乳化液介质的线切割机床来说,脉冲电源采用何种波形与参数才能满足精加工的要求,还有待进一步探讨。多年来,为了提高加工精度和表面粗糙度等工艺指标,在脉冲电源波形与参数上所下的工夫主要表现在三个方面。
