目的分析近十年甘肃省定西市法定传染病的流行特征及发病趋势,为卫生行政部门制定传染病防控策略提供依据。方法收集疾病监测信息报告管理系统中2005—2014年甘肃省定西市报告的法定传染病数据并进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2005—2014年定西市法定传染病累计报告100 038例,年均报告发病率352.27/10万,发病总体呈下降趋势(趋势χ~2=5 113.43,P<0.05);发病居前三位的病种,乙类为肝炎、肺结核病和细菌性痢疾,丙类为流行性腮腺炎、其他感染性腹泻和流行性感冒;发病率最高为临洮县(427.20/10万),最低为渭源县(225.55/10万),各县(区)发病率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3 840.01,P<0.05);男性报告60 612人、女性39 426人,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3 374.16,P<0.05);0~14岁组发病较多占29.49%,各年龄组发病率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5 640.39,P<0.05);发病集中在农民(54.37%)和学生(24.20%)。结论甘肃省定西市法定传染病发病整体呈现下降趋势,防控的重点人群为农民和学生,乙型肝炎、肺结核病、手足口病和流感仍是今后定西市传染病防控工作的重点。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and the trend of legal infectious diseases in Dingxi City, Gansu Province in recent ten years, and provide the basis for health administrative departments to formulate prevention and control strategies for infectious diseases. Methods The data of legal infectious diseases reported in Dingxi City, Gansu Province from 2005 to 2014 were collected and described by epidemiological analysis. Results A total of 100 038 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Dingxi City from 2005 to 2014, with an average annual incidence of 352.27 / 100 000. The incidence was generally declining (trend χ ~ 2 = 5 113.43, P <0.05) , Hepatitis B, tuberculosis and bacillary dysentery, and c) mumps and other infectious diarrhea and influenza; the highest incidence was Lintao County (427.20 / 100,000), the lowest was Weiyuan (225.55 / 100000), the incidence of each county (district) was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 3 840.01, P <0.05); 60 612 men and 39 426 females, the difference was statistically significant ( 2 ~ 3 = 374.16, P <0.05). The incidence of disease in the age group of 0-14 years old was 29.49%, the incidence of each age group was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 5 640.39, P <0.05) Farmers (54.37%) and students (24.20%). Conclusion The incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Dingxi City of Gansu Province shows a declining trend overall. The key population for prevention and control is peasants and students. Hepatitis B, tuberculosis, hand-foot-mouth disease and influenza are still the focus of prevention and control of infectious diseases in Dingxi City in the future.
