2013中国4G商用元年随着各地4G试验网络的建设、终端产业链的日渐成熟,4G正由理论概念逐渐走进人们的生活。8月17日,国务院下发《“宽带中国”战略及实施方案》,明确要求在今年内推动发放4G牌照,工信部也宣布将在10月前后向三大运营商分配4G频谱。2013年,将是中国的4G商用元年。在国内的4G市场,中国移动一直是领跑者,中国移动集团执行董事兼首席执行官李跃曾明确表示:2013年TD-LTE将进入规模化发展的新纪元。
2013 China 4G Commercial Year With the construction of 4G pilot networks around the world, the terminal industrial chain is becoming more mature. 4G is gradually entering the people’s life by theoretical concepts. On August 17, the State Council issued the “Broadband China” Strategy and Implementation Plan, explicitly calling for the issuance of the 4G license within this year. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology also announced that it will allocate 4G spectrum to the three major carriers around October. In 2013, it will be China’s 4G commercial first year. In the domestic 4G market, China Mobile has been the leader. Li Yue, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Mobile Group, made it clear that in 2013 TD-LTE will enter a new era of large-scale development.
