为了探讨CD5 6在急性白血病细胞中的表达情况及意义 ,采用多色流式细胞术 (FCM )对 70例急性白血病患者细胞表面CD5 6及其它白细胞分化抗原表达进行了分析。结果表明 ,70例中有 16例 ( 2 2 .86 % )表达CD5 6 ,急性髓性白血病 (AML)的CD5 6阳性表达率 ( 15 / 31,4 8.39% )明显高于急性淋巴细胞白血病 (ALL) ( 1/ 35 ,2 .86 % )(P <0 .0 1)。CD5 6在AML各亚型中表达也有差异 ,AML M0 , M1和 M2 中阳性率 ( 11/ 15 )明显高于AML M3 , M4和 M5( 4 / 16 ) (P =0 .0 13)。 15例CD5 6 +的AML病例中表达HLA DR 13例 ( 4 1.94 % ) ,两者呈明显正相关(r =0 .4 39,n =31,P =0 .0 14 )。结论 :CD5 6主要在AML中表达 ,对AML的诊断、预后判断及微小残留病的检测具有重要意义
In order to investigate the expression of CD5 6 in acute leukemia cells and its significance, the expression of CD5 6 and other leukocyte differentiation antigens in 70 acute leukemia patients was analyzed by multicolor flow cytometry (FCM). The results showed that 16 of 70 cases (22.86%) expressed CD56, the positive rate of CD56 expression in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) was significantly higher than that in acute lymphoblastic leukemia ALL) (1/35, 2.86%) (P <0 .01). The expression of CD56 in AML subtypes was also different. The positive rate of AML M0, M1 and M2 (11/15) was significantly higher than that of AML M3, M4 and M5 (4/16) (P = 0.013). There were 13 cases (14.44%) of HLA DRs expressed in 15 cases of CD5 + 6 AML cases, showing a significant positive correlation (r = 0.449, n = 31, P = 0.014). Conclusion: CD5 6 is mainly expressed in AML, which is of great significance for the diagnosis, prognosis and detection of minimal residual disease in AML
