【摘 要】
：
一、大豆的营养作用与发展需求大豆具有丰富的营养价值和保健价值.大豆蛋白质含量高达40%,质量上可与优质动物蛋白相比美,完全可以满足2岁以上人体对各种氨基酸的需求.
