The People’s Republic of China Foreign Trade Law (Revised), long-awaited by academics and practitioners, was finally approved by the 8th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on April 6, 2004. The new law added the new article 42 of the article on foreign trade remedy, the “third country dumping” clause.
