本文介绍一种细胞动作电位微机记录与分析系统以及该系统记录分析细胞内动作电位和进行不应期自动测量的原理和方法,并将其和常规示波器摄影方法进行对比分析。系统具有速度快、精度高、分析参数多、通用性强等特点。作者还就如何提高Vmax测量精度的问题阐述了自己的观点。
This paper introduces a computer operating system of cell recording and analysis of the action potential as well as the system recording and analysis of intracellular action potential and the principle and method of automatic measurement of refractory period, and compared with the conventional oscilloscope photography method. The system has the characteristics of fast speed, high precision, multiple analysis parameters and high universality. The author also elaborates his point of view on how to improve the accuracy of Vmax measurement.
