慢性粒细胞性白血病双重变——急淋、急粒单变较为罕见,兹报道我院发现1例。患者女、44岁,曾于1981年10月3日在苏州医学院确诊为慢粒,Ph~1阳性、经羟基脲、硫鸟膘呤治疗14疗程无好转,于1982年6月20日行脾切除术。同年11月5日又因持续高热一周伴腿痛收住我院。患者原有慢性肠炎史,自1974年起间断服用
Dual change in chronic myelogenous leukemia - acute lymph, acute single change is relatively rare, I reported 1 case found in our hospital. Female, 44 years old, was diagnosed as CML on October 3, 1981 in Suzhou Medical College. Ph-1 was positive. After 14 courses of treatment with hydroxyurea and thioguancin, there was no improvement. On June 20, 1982, Splenectomy. November 5 the same year because of sustained fever for a week with leg pain admitted to our hospital.
