金寨县一直是传染病的多发地区,肺结核病、艾滋病曾一度威胁着山区群众的身体健康。2007年,国家将重大传染病医疗救治和特困艾滋病人生活救助纳入民生工程项目,五年来,通过民生工程项目共救治特困肺结核病人454人,补助救治资金35.66万元;分别救治、救助特困艾滋病人62人和75人,补助救治资金19.36万元,发放救助资金15.53万元。重大传染病医疗救治项目的实施,不仅为灾区群众摆脱疾病带来了新的希望,更为加快患病群众脱贫致富、加速老区经济社会建设注入了强劲动力。
Jinzhai County has always been a contagious disease-prone area. Tuberculosis and AIDS once threatened the health of the mountainous people. In 2007, the state incorporated medical treatment of major communicable diseases and life aid for the extremely poor in AIDS patients into the livelihood projects. Over the past five years, 454 people with special hard-hit tuberculosis have been treated and subsidized 356,600 yuan for the treatment of TB patients; 62 people and 75 people, grants 193,600 yuan rescue funds, relief funds paid 155,300 yuan. The implementation of the medical rescue and treatment program for major infectious diseases not only brought new hope to the people in the disaster-stricken areas to get rid of the disease, but also accelerated the acceleration of poverty-stricken people’s prosperity and accelerated the economic and social construction in the old areas, injecting a strong impetus into the project.
