“R落在T波上现象”是指异位搏动的心室除极(“R波”)重叠在前一个心搏的T波上,此种期外收缩的早期联律被认为可以诱发室性心动过速。自从Smirk指出R落在T波上的异位搏动的不良预后之后,它被认为是严重、危险和恶性的。R落在T波上现象是急性心肌梗塞时使用抗心律失常药物的一种原因。许多近年的研究把R落在T波上现象作为走动病人出现极为严重心律失常的一个指针。
