员工是企业发展的核心力量,优秀敬业的员工,才能促进企业长远发展与进步。基于此,笔者着重分析了企业员工的敬业度主要影响因素,并且根据各项影响因素,对企业员工实施思想教育,以提高员工敬业度,进而使其全身心投入工作中。
Employees are the core strength of enterprise development, outstanding dedicated staff, in order to promote long-term development and progress of enterprises. Based on this, the author focuses on analyzing the main influencing factors of employees’ engagement, and according to various influencing factors, implementing ideological education on employees in order to improve the employee’s engagement so that they can devote themselves fully to the work.
