通过正交试验优选出对球铁曲轴具有较好氮化效果的CCl_4加入量和其他工艺参数。结果表明:加入1%的CCl_4不仅有利于优化渗层性能,减少曲轴弯曲变形,而且可缩短工艺时间,提高经济效益。
Through orthogonal test, the optimal addition amount of CCl 4 and other process parameters to the crankshaft of the ductile iron with better nitriding effect were obtained. The results show that adding 1% CCl_4 not only helps to optimize the performance of the layer, but also reduces the bending deformation of the crankshaft, shortens the processing time and increases the economic benefit.
