对310例原发性肝癌(PHC)、44例继发性肝癌、253例肝外恶性肿瘤、121例良性疾病患者和68例正常人血清进行5′一核苷酸磷酸二酯酶(5′-NPD_(ase))同工酶聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳以及激光凝胶扫描半定量测定。结果表明①5′-NPD_(ase)I阳性率在PHC组为79.68%,在AFP阴性(≤20μg/L)PHC组为68.75%;②AFP与5′-NPD_(ase)I联合测定可提高PHC检出率;③以慢性乙型肝炎和肝硬化患者5′-NPD_(ase)I面积积分均值作为阳性界值,PHC阳性率为69.35%。
The 5′-nucleotide phosphodiesterase (3′) was performed on 310 cases of primary liver cancer (PHC), 44 cases of secondary liver cancer, 253 cases of extrahepatic malignancy, 121 cases of benign disease, and 68 cases of normal human serum. -NPD_ (ase)) isozymes polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and laser gel scanning semi-quantitative determination. The results showed that the positive rate of 15′-NPD_(ase)I was 79.68% in PHC group and 68.75% in AFP-negative (≤20 μg/L) PHC group; 2 combination of AFP and 5′-NPD_(ase) I could improve PHC test. The rate of 3; the mean 5′-NPD_ (ase) I area of patients with chronic hepatitis B and cirrhosis as a positive cut-off value, PHC positive rate was 69.35%.
