新型城镇化与服务业增长都是转变经济发展方式的重要内容。文章对服务业发展特征、服务业发展与城市化的互动关系、服务业与城市的空间布局三大方面的文献做了梳理、评述。研究发现,“中国式”城市化道路对服务业增长的影响、服务业在城市产业体系中的分布规律等主题是学术界较为关注的内容。
The new urbanization and the growth of service industries are all important elements in transforming the mode of economic development. The article reviews and reviews the literature on the three major aspects of the development of service industry, the interactive relationship between the development of service industry and urbanization, the service industry and the spatial layout of cities. The study found that the topics such as the influence of urbanization on the growth of service industries and the distribution of service industries in urban industrial systems are the major concerns in academia.
