目的研究阜康阿魏碳、氮代谢在不同生长时期的动态及挥发油和阿魏酸含量变化规律,为人工栽培提供理论依据。方法采用蒽酮比色法和微量凯代定氮法测定阜康阿魏不同生长期的可溶性糖和全氮的含量,蒸馏法和色谱法测定不同物候期挥发油和阿魏酸含量。结果可溶性糖和全氮含量1~4年呈降低趋势,在6~7年呈现升高趋势。而在这3个阶段的C/N值呈现“升高-下降-升高趋势”。在一年生长期内根中挥发油成分随生长过程呈不断积累,阿魏酸的含量在4月和8月较高。结论人工栽培中在生长前期增施氮肥,在生长后期控制氮肥施量,采取人工调节C/N比值。次生代谢产物与可溶性糖氮素之间可能存在一定转化关系。
Objective To study the dynamics of carbon and nitrogen metabolism of Fukang’s ferulae in different growth stages and the changing rules of volatile oil and ferulic acid content, so as to provide theoretical basis for artificial cultivation. Methods The contents of soluble sugar and total nitrogen in different growth stages of E. sibiricum were determined by anthrone colorimetry and trace Kjeldahl method. The contents of volatile oil and ferulic acid in different phonological phases were determined by distillation and chromatography. Results The content of soluble sugar and total nitrogen showed a decreasing trend from 1 to 4 years, and increased from 6 to 7 years. The C/N values in these three phases present an “increased-decreasing-increasing trend.” In the one-year growth period, the volatile oil content in the roots continuously accumulates with the growth process, and the content of ferulic acid is higher in April and August. Conclusion In the artificial cultivation, nitrogen fertilizer was added in the early stage of growth, nitrogen fertilizer was controlled in the later stage of growth, and the ratio of C/N was adjusted manually. There may be a certain conversion relationship between secondary metabolites and soluble sugar nitrogen.
