以发、用电企业让、索价幅度排序结果进行高低匹配的大用户直购电集中撮合交易方法,虽然可以使价格起点差异的各交易方处于相同的竞价起点,但缺乏对能效和输配电价约束的直接考虑。文中在让、索价排序结果的基础上,综合考虑节能减排性能,对处于同一价格序位上的企业赋予不同的交易优先级,保护了高能效机组和用户的交易优先权。另外,针对具体交易规则,追加考虑了输配电价约束,并比较分析了3种违约处理方式:①对用电企业与发电企业预成交价格差低于输配电价要求的,不允许成交;②对预成交价格差低于输配电价要求的,先按合理方式调整发、用电企业成交价,在满足输配电价约束后再成交;③对预成交价格差低于和高于输配电价要求的,均按合理方式调整发、用电企业成交价,在满足输配电价约束后再成交。算例表明所提出的方法在拓展直购电交易空间的基础上,进一步保护了性能占优机组和用户的交易优先权,以及撮合中介方的基本利益,有效地促进了发、输、用及社会环境的多方共赢。
