根据产业结构升级理论,占我国纺织产业一半以上的长江流域应抓住国际和国内产业转移的有利时机,充分利用资源、资金、技术和发展多种经营等方式来推进纺织产业结构调整与升级,提高流域的行业竞争力,最终实现统筹发展。文章根据产业结构优化理论对长江流域部分省份的纺织产业进行偏离-份额分析,同时提出了纺织产业调整的要素。
According to the industrial structure upgrade theory, the Yangtze River Basin, which accounts for more than half of China’s textile industry, should seize the favorable opportunities of international and domestic industry transfer and make full use of resources, capital, technology and diversification to promote the restructuring and upgrading of the textile industry. Improve the industrial competitiveness of the basin, and ultimately achieve overall development. According to the theory of industrial structure optimization, this paper deviates from the share of the textile industry in some provinces in the Yangtze River Basin and puts forward the elements of textile industry adjustment.
