团矿四分(小块团矿)试验的意义(一)问题的提出:我厂高炉使用的原料以团矿与烧结矿为主,团矿与烧结矿占总矿石消耗量的80—85%(其中团矿占60%,烧结矿20—2(?)%),其余15—20%则为天然矿石。因此团矿在我厂炼铁原料中是比较重要的。团矿对我厂高炉生产的重要性不仅是它的消耗量大,而且它的化学成分与物理性质都与普通的矿石有所不同。在化学成分上,团矿含铁分很高(T.Fe 64—65%,CaO 2—2.5%);而且由于制造团矿的原料只有精选粉与白灰两种,精选粉与白灰按97与3的比例
