农家乐旅游的发展一个重要的制约因素就是旅游服务质量问题,在大量研读国内外旅游服务质量文献的基础上,结合农家乐旅游特征,通过小组访谈、专家询问等方式确定农家乐旅游服务质量评价指标,利用SPSS17.0软件进行了数据统计。通过描述性分析、因子分析得出农家乐经营管理中需要改进的服务质量指标。对于提高农家乐旅游的参与性和知识性、深化文化内涵等方面提供经营管理的参考。
