The authors invented a female barrier contraception that combines a septum and a condom. The authors conducted a pilot study on small-scale acceptability from April to June 1987. To mobilize 20 pairs of sexual partners to participate in the experiment. Female condoms are designed with an outer ring attached to a bag with an inner ring inserted inside.
