本文采用比较分析法、定性分析法等研究手段,就健美操课对女大学生心理素质的影响进行比较和分析,并对133名大学本科女生在健美操课上结合身体练习,进行了专门的心理素质培养的研究。采用的训练方法有表现力训练、增强自信心、运用形体语言和词语暗示调节情绪、锻炼意志力和增强心理稳定性等。并应用问卷调查验证训练效果,结果表明,通过心理素质培养的健美操课取得了理想的效果,在自信心、表现力、心理稳定性和情绪控制力等都有显著增强。
This article uses comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and other research methods to compare and analyze the impact of aerobics class on the psychological quality of female college students, and 133 undergraduate girls in aerobics classes combined with physical exercises, a special psychological Quality training research. The training methods adopted are expressive training, enhancing self-confidence, using body language and words to imply regulation of emotions, exercise of willpower and enhancement of psychological stability. The result of the experiment shows that the aerobics training through psychological quality has achieved the desired effect, and has significantly enhanced self-confidence, expressiveness, psychological stability and emotional control.
