目的 :研究止眩颗粒对颈椎病椎动脉型的治疗作用及机理。方法 :采用大鼠脑缺血模型 ,观察中药止眩颗粒对大鼠脑组织代谢、脑组织生化及血液流变学的影响。结果 :止眩颗粒可明显改变血液流变学指标 ,对大鼠缺血脑组织中SOD含量有显著升高作用 ,中、高剂量组还能明显降低MDA含量。结论 :止眩颗粒具有改善血液流变学和抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Zhixuan Granules on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods :A rat model of cerebral ischemia was used to observe the effects of Zhixuan Granules on brain metabolism, brain tissue biochemistry and hemorheology in rats. Results: Zhizao granules can significantly change the hemorheological parameters, and significantly increase the SOD content in ischemic brain tissue. The middle and high dose groups also can significantly reduce the MDA content. Conclusion: Anti-glare granules have improved blood rheology and anti-oxidation.
