静滴二性霉素B 引起严重神经精神症状,尚属鲜见,特报告如下。病历介绍男,24岁,1985年7月被汽油火焰烧伤,烧伤总面积60%,其中三度烧伤占50%,余为二度烧伤,合并吸入性损伤。伤后第18d 并发霉菌性肺炎,每日2次,每次12.5mg 二性霉素B 雾化吸入。3d 后停用所有抗生素、单独用二性霉素B 静滴。首次剂量25mg(0.5mg/kg),次日增为35mg第3、4d 各为40mg。每次均溶于5%葡萄糖溶液
